What payment methods do Pasarata Store accepts? 

We accept Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard) & Bank Transfer.

How many hours do I have to complete a payment? 

You need to complete payment no later than 1 x 24 hours since you made the order.

Can we do bank transfer from overseas bank? 

We do not recommend bank transfer using Foreign Bank Account. We recommend you to use Indonesian Bank Account, or using a Paypal account.

What is the recommended payment method and why? 

  • Payment with credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) are recommended so your orders can be processed straight away.
  • You can also opt for bank transfer payment, which is eligible for 24 hours payment process and immediate approval after you do the payment.


Where is my order confirmation? 

After Pasaraya Store received your order, please check your email for an order confirmation. The email will include your tracking number and link to track your order.

How can I check on my payment confirmation?

  • After you’re done with payment, check your progress through Orders.
  • You order will be confirmed immediately after you made your payment with credit card or bank transfer.

How can I track my orders?

You can track your orders through "Orders" on "My Account"


When will my orders be shipped? 

After your payment has been confirmed, Pasaraya Store will need 2-7 business days to process your orders.

  • For Jabodetabek area, around 1-3 business days to deliver
  • For Nationwide, around 2-6 business days to deliver
  • For International Shipping, varies according to the destination.


What if I purchase a product during the weekend or national holidays? 

Pasaraya Store will not be sending orders during weekends and national holidays. We will process your orders in the following business days.

Is my payment secure? 

Your payment is secure as we implement multiple layers of security. Your credit card information is not stored in our system. 
Your transfer information is protected by the issuing bank. If you have any concerns about the security of your payment, please contact us directly.


What Does Your “Orders” Status Mean? 

You can track the status of your order online at Pasaraya Store. Signed in and click on “Orders” on your profile. Click on details of your order that you would like to track and a detailed information of your product status will be displayed. 


A tracking number is also located below the product status. Copy the tracking number and paste it on the tracking link provided. You can review the tracking history and see the delivered date.
