Where does Pasaraya Store ship to? 

Pasaraya Store currently ships to Indonesia and Singapore. And soon we will ship to Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, Australia, India, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, United Kingdom, United States of America & Canada. Shipping rate and time varies based on destination. 

What is the cost of shipping? 

For limited time only, shipping within Indonesian borders are free of charge for regular method delivery using Lion Parcel Indonesia. 

*) Shipping fee for home furniture will also be adjusted by the size and package specifications.

Which shipping couriers does Pasaraya Store use? 

Pasaraya Store is currently partnering JNE, SiCepat & Lion Parcel for Domestic shipment, Fedex and DHL for International shipment. 

How do I track my packages? 

Any time after your payment is complete, you can track the status of your order in “Orders”. Once your package is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the courier provider, tracking number, and tracking website in it.

How can I track my orders?

You can track your orders through "Orders" on "My Account"

When will my orders be shipped? 

After your payment has been confirmed, Pasaraya Store will need 2-7 business days to process your orders.

• For Jabodetabek area, around 1-3 business days to deliver
• For Nationwide, around 2-6 business days to deliver
• For International Shipping, varies according to the destination.

What if I purchase a product during the weekend or national holidays? 

Pasaraya Store will not be sending orders during weekends and national holidays. We will process your orders in the following business days.
