What payment methods do Pasarata Store accepts?
We accept Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard) & Bank Transfer.
How many hours do I have to complete a payment?
You need to complete payment no later than 2 x 24 hours since you made the order.
Can we do bank transfer from overseas bank?
We do not recommend bank transfer using Foreign Bank Account. We recommend you to use Indonesian Bank Account, or using a Paypal account.
What is the recommended payment method and why?
Where is my order confirmation?
After Pasaraya Store received your order, please check your email for an order confirmation. The email will include your tracking number and link to track your order.
How can I check on my payment confirmation?

When will my orders be shipped?
After your payment has been confirmed, Pasaraya Store will need 2-7 business days to process your orders.
What if I purchase a product during the weekend or national holidays?
Pasaraya Store will not be sending orders during weekends and national holidays. We will process your orders in the following business days.
Is my payment secure?
Your payment is secure as we implement multiple layers of security. Your credit card information is not stored in our system.
Your transfer information is protected by the issuing bank. If you have any concerns about the security of your payment, please contact us directly.
What Does Your “Orders” Status Mean?
You can track the status of your order online at Pasaraya Store. Signed in and click on “Orders” on your profile. Click on details of your order that you would like to track and a detailed information of your product status will be displayed.
A tracking number is also located below the product status. Copy the tracking number and paste it on the tracking link provided. You can review the tracking history and see the delivered date.
What is “Click-Collect-Pay” concept?
We understand that sometimes you would like to see the items first-hand before buying, thus why we are introducing the “Click-Collect-Pay” concept.
Click-Collect-Pay is a service where you are able to reserve by “Clicking” the items you see on site for 48 hours, of which during the time you can visit and “Collect” the items at our permanent store at Pasaraya Grande, Melawai (Check our location here.) And decide on the spot if you’d like the item and wanted to “Pay” and bring it home.
Where does Pasaraya Store ship to?
Pasaraya Store currently ships to Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, Australia, India, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, United Kingdom, United States of America & Canada. Shipping rate and time varies based on destination.
What is the cost of shipping?
For limited time only, shipping within Indonesia is free of charge for regular delivery service. (JNE/Tiki Regular)
*) Shipping fee for home furniture will also be adjusted by the size and package specifications.
Which shipping couriers does Pasaraya Store use?
Pasaraya Store is currently partnering JNE for Domestic shipment, Fedex and DHL for International shipment.
How do I track my packages?
Any time after your payment is complete, you can track the status of your order in “Orders”. Once your package is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the courier provider, tracking number, and tracking website in it.
Cancellation & Exchange/Returns
What is Pasaraya Store's exchange/return/refund policy?
Currently Pasaraya Store does not accept refund on goods sold. However, goods are able to be returned and exchanged by “Store Credit” or other products with equivalent values.
The general terms & conditions for exchanging/returning goods are as follows:
*) If merchandise is found defective or faulty during receipt, please notify us within 2 business days (By email to firstname.lastname@example.org subject: Defect Orders) and it can be replaced with no charge and full reimbursement of your shipping cost.
*) Wine and other bottled product that is deemed defective can only be returned if the bottle is in a good condition, still holds 90% of the content, and within 3 days after the bottle’s opened. Some items cannot be returned due to sale program, special agreements with merchants or sanitary reasons.
*) In general, all merchandise can be exchanged or returned. Exception applied for: wine and other bottled products, cosmetics, intimates and jewelry, pre-order items, and other items as stated in product page.
How do I exchange/return an item I purchased?
Returning items to us is simple and easy.
1. Fill out exchange /return form on “My Account”
You have 7 days from when you received your merchandise to request for an exchange or return (Applicable for Indonesian orders) and maximum of 14 days for international orders. Please login, go to “My Account” page, and click on “Return”; Fill out the Return form. If reasons for return is product defect, please attach photos highlighting the stated defects. Please note that all return goods are limited to one time return transaction only.
2. Receive “Return Approval” email
Within maximum of 2 working days, our Pasaraya Store Care team will send you an approval email for your return request.
3. Send product to us
Upon receipt of Return Approval email, you have 4 working days to send your product to Pasaraya Store HQ in its original condition and packaging. Here's the address:

4. Receive your exchange
Once we receive the merchandise, we will perform an inspection. If your product passes the return check, you will receive a confirmation email. We will exchange your product accordingly within 5 working days.
